Countries outside the Philippines. Transfers of personal data to such countries require safeguards under the Data Privacy Act.

Consent:
Freely given, informed, and explicit agreement of a data subject to the processing of their personal data.

Data Breach:
Any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of personal data.
Breaches that pose a high risk must be reported to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours.

Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA):
A required assessment to estimate and mitigate risks in high-risk data processing operations.

Profiling:
Any automated processing of personal data to evaluate personal aspects such as behavior, preferences, reliability, economic situation, or location.

Tracking:
The collection and analysis of data regarding user behavior across our services.

Tracking Technologies:
May include log files, cookies, pixels, and similar tools used to collect usage data from user devices.
